Welcome — I’m Dawn, a practising therapist, mental health content creator, and someone who deeply understands the complex, often overwhelming journey of grief and healing.

With over 16 years of experience as a therapist in the United Kingdom, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples as they navigate emotional challenges, relationship struggles, and life’s most difficult seasons. But my work is also deeply personal. Having walked through profound grief myself, I know firsthand that healing is not linear — and that we often need support in many forms, at many different times.

Alongside my 1:1 and couples therapy work, I create gentle resources — including thoughtfully designed printables, a faceless YouTube channel focused on grief and resilience, and print-on-demand tools — all aimed at offering comfort, connection, and practical support when it’s most needed.

My hope is that whether you’re seeking a space to talk, a quiet voice to listen to on YouTube, or something tangible you can hold or use in your healing, you’ll find something here to support you.

My Experience and Qualifications

  • Began studying Psychology in 2003, completing my academic work though unable to finalise my degree due to circumstances at the time.

  • Qualified as a Counsellor in 2008 after formal training.

  • Completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Holistic Therapy with the Reach Approach, integrating a mind-body-spirit perspective into my practice.

  • Established my part-time private practice in 2014, while working full-time for a local charity supporting people with drug and alcohol issues (2010–2020).

  • Since 2020, I have been fully dedicated to private practice, offering therapy grounded in empathy, authenticity, and hope.

The Creative Side of Healing

Before my career in therapy, I worked for many years as an Office Administrator, where I discovered a love for design and creativity. Today, I channel that creativity into making supportive tools: from calming printables to journals, reflection prompts, worksheets, and more. Each item is designed to provide small, meaningful ways to nurture your healing journey — tools you can return to, at your own pace, in your own way.

My YouTube channel and print-on-demand offerings are extensions of that same mission: to create gentle, accessible spaces for growth, resilience, and hope.
