Do you do customisations?
No problem, just contact us before making your purchase and we can discuss what you need.
What kind of printer do you recommend?
There are many good printers on the market and it first starts with how much you have to spend. I would suggest checking out any reviews. Also finding out first how much the ink cartridges cost as these can escalate.
How do I open my Item?
Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
Do you mind if I share your printables?
You can print and use any of my items from your home for your own personal use. They are not for commercial purposes. If you’d like to share on Facebook, Pinterest, etc, I’d love for you to pass on an image from the post that features it (not the printable itself) with the prop
I’m having trouble downloading my files
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
Will I receive physical items in the mail?
This is an INSTANT DOWNLOAD, you’ll not receive any items by mail.
When will I receive my download?
Once your payment is confirmed and completed, you will be able to instantly download your files. You should receive an email from me with the link.
Can I use these resources in my therapy practice?
Yes, you can use our printables and digital downloads in your professional practice with clients. However, they are not to be resold or distributed outside of individual client use.
Can I change the colours or design elements in the item?
The colours, fonts and size of all our items cannot be changed.
Will the colours print the same as the colours on my computer screen?
No, in most cases printed colors and colors on your computer screen are going to be slightly different. There are a lot of factors that come into play, the quality of your printer, the calibration of your computer screen, the computer program you use to view your designs, etc
